Sassy Potato Corn Chowder

There is nothing better on a cold drizzly foggy January evening then some warm soup or chowder. I made a recipe forwarded to me from my mom. She's intriqued with the fact that Chris likes Miracle Whip, which she herself can't stand. So she saw this recipe which calls for Miracle Whip and thought Chris would enjoy it. I had all the ingredients on hand, so I gave it a try! It turned out very nice and flavorful. And we have a ton left over that is now in the freezer for next time.
