Buffalo Chicken Sloppy Joes

Okay... I'll admit it. I'm obsessed with anything that has Buffalo Chicken in the title. Ask Chris... I've made Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches, Buffalo Chicken Salad, Buffalo Chicken Pot Pie (He tells me he's a little Buffalo Chickened out, by the way). I got a new Rachel Ray cookbook for Christmas (from Chris's Aunt Mary) and in it was a recipe for Buffalo Chicken Sloppy Joes. It was an incredibly easy and quick recipe to follow. However, I'm not so much a fan. Even the picture below looks a little gross. I think I'll stick to my Buffalo Chicken Wings and leave it at that :)
