Polynesian Pork Chops

These pork chops are an oldie but a goodie. It's even possible that I've even blogged about them in the past. This dish has a great Asian flavor and I ressurected the recipe on Thursday night when I found myself with a can of Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup. I love how tender the pork chops come out and the sweet tangy-ness of the dish. Hmmm.
