Walnut and Rice Chicken Stir Fry

I'm usually a huge lover of Rachael Ray's recipes... but despite how great this dish looks, it was a huge dissapointment to me. The flavor just wasn't for me. I did enjoy cooking with leeks for my first time. But other than that, this recipe was nothing to write home about. It was very easy to make though. While cooking, this is what happened to my chicken. In fact this is what happens to my kitchen every day that I'm home alone cooking.


In the end, Nate seemed to enjoy the new dish. It was worth the quiet for a few moments!
