Pumpkin-Swirl Cheesecake

Tonight is our tradition of Progressive Dinner with some of our neighbors. Chris and I will be hosting dessert. I knew exactly what to make! I had seen in the Kraft Foods magazine a delicious looking fall dessert, Pumpkin-Swirl Cheesecake. On Saturday, I worked on the cheesecake. Dad was up at the Iowa State-Oklahoma State game, so I was home alone as well. Needless to say, I wish I had found my camera right when I finished. Nate had tore apart the kitchen while I was baking! Everything was out of the cupboard. It was a disaster. Classic Nate-disaster!
